On inside of cabinet (F) (Figure 6, Item 9), mark two hole placements in top of cabinet on non-inished
side of work surface (Figure 6, Item 7).
e.
After four hole placement marks have been made, lip work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) over with non-
inished side up.
f.
On non-inished side of work surface (Figure 6, Item 7), at four marked hole placements, center punch
and drill four 5/16 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
g.
Return work surface (Figure 6, Item 7), inished side up, on top of cabinets (E) and (F) (Figure 6, Item 9
and 10). Align bolt holes in work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) with bolt holes on top of cabinet (E) (Figure 6,
Item 10) and cabinet (F) (Figure 6, Item 9).
h.
Install four lag bolts (Figure 6, Item 1), four lock washers (Figure 6, Item 2), and four lat washers (Figure
6, Item 3) securing work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) to cabinet (E) (Figure 6, Item 10) and cabinet (F)
(Figure 6, Item 9).

Install two bolts (Figure 6, Item 15), four lat washers (Figure 6, Item 3), two lock washers (Figure 6, Item 2),
and two nuts (Figure 6, Item 18) attaching cabinet (D) (Figure 6, Item 4) to cabinet (E) (Figure 6, Item 10).
4.
Install two bolts (Figure 6, Item 15), four lat washers (Figure 6, Item 3), two lock washers (Figure 6, Item 2),
and two nuts (Figure 6, Item 18) attaching cabinet (F) (Figure 6, Item 9) to cabinet (E) (Figure 6, Item 10).
5.
Install four lag bolts (Figure 6, Item 15), eight lat washers (Figure 6, Item 16), four lock washers (Figure 6,
Item 2), and four nuts (Figure 6, Item 18) securing two cabinet brackets (Figure 6, Item 17) to cabinet (E)
(Figure 6, Item 4) and cabinet (F) (Figure 6, Item 9).
6.
If a new cabinet (D) (Figure 6, Item 4), cabinet (E) (Figure 6, Item 10) or cabinet (F) (Figure 6, Item 9) has
been installed:
a.
Use holes (Figure 6, Item 19 and 20) of existing work surface (Figure 6, Item 5) to determine drill bit
sizes.
b.
Match drill holes of work surface (Figure 6, Item 5) through cabinet (D) (Figure 6, Item 4).
c.
Use holes (Figure 6, Item 11 through 14) of existing work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) to determine drill bit
sizes.
d.
Match drill holes of work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) through cabinet (E) (Figure 6, Item 10) and cabinet
(F) (Figure 6, Item 9).
7.
If a new work surface (Figure 6, Item 5) has been installed and/or a new work surface and cabinet (D) (Figure
6, Item 4) or has been installed
a.
Measure from left side of work surface (Figure 6, Item 5) towards right 2.50 inches and from front of work
surface (Figure 6, Item 5) towards back 11.50 inches and mark measurement (Figure 6, Item 19).
b.
Measure from left side of work surface (Figure 6, Item 5) towards right 10.50 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 6, Item 5) towards back 11.50 inches and mark measurement (Figure 6, Item 20).
c.
Center punch and drill two 1/2 inch holes (Figure 6, Item 19 and 20) through work surface (Figure 6, Item
5) and cabinet (D) (Figure 6, Item 4).
8.
If a new work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) has been installed and/or a new work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) and
cabinets (E) and (F) (Figure 6, Item 9 and 10) have been installed:
a.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) towards left 53.50 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) towards back 7.50 inches and mark measurement (Figure 6, Item 11).
b.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) towards left 53.50 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) towards back 16.25 inches and mark measurement (Figure 6, Item 12).
c.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) towards left 12.00 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 6, Item 7) towards back 7.50 inches and mark measurement (Figure 6, Item 13).
