WARNING
Ensure compressed air supply is disconnected before attempting any work on oil/water sep-
arator. Do not direct compressed air near eyes or directly against skin. Wear goggles; high
pressure air against eyes can cause BLINDNESS.
NOTE
During installation of components, same hardware should be used so as to maintain
original integrity of shop set.
Remove center gauge if necessary to tighten bolts.
INSPECTION OF INSTALLED ITEMS
Oil/Water Separator

Oil/Water Separator.
1.
Inspect oil/water separator (Figure 1) for damage. Replace as necessary.
2.
Inspect all oil/water separator hardware (Figure 1, Item 2, 3, and 4) for rust, cracks, and rounded heads.
Replace as necessary.
REMOVAL
Oil/Water Separator
1.
Follow procedures for REMOVAL of Non-metallic Hose and Fittings.
2.
Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), two lock washers (Figure 1, Item 3), and two lat washers (Figure 1, Item
2).
