POSITIONING SIX DRAWER CABINET (F) FOR TRANSPORT MODE - CONTINUED
NOTE
Cabinet (F) is an additional cabinet installed in the 1036058 coniguration. The SC4920-
99-CLA69 coniguration does not contain this cabinet assembly.
1.
Remove four setscrews from loor inserts and store in shelter BII box.
2.
Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item 4), and four lat washers (Figure 1,
Item 5) from storage location.
3.
Position six drawer cabinet (F) (Figure 1, Item 1) at transport location.
4.
Align two cabinet brackets (Figure 1, Item 2) with loor inserts at six drawer cabinet (F) transport location.
5.
Inspect four bolts (Figure 1, Item 3) for thread damage or rounded heads.
6.
Replace bolts (Figure 1, Item 3) if damage is detected.
7.
Install four bolts (Figure 1, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item 4), and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item
5) securing two brackets (Figure 1, Item 2) to shelter loor.
Torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 3) 160-190 in. lbs.
