POSITIONING ECU (A) FOR OPERATIONAL MODE - CONTINUED
NOTE
Mounting hardware is supplied with ECU.

Mount ECU (A) (Figure 5, Item 1) to ECU fold-down panel (Figure 5, Item 2).
7.
Remove three ring bolts from ECU transport location and store in shelter BII box.
8.
Remove three setscrews (WP 0077 00, Figure 2, Item 18 or 19) from shelter BII box and install into empty
loor inserts.
POSITIONING ECU (B) FOR OPERATIONAL MODE
WARNING
A four man lift is required when moving or lifting ECUs. Each unit weighs approximately 270
pounds. Trying to move or lift an ECU without suficient help can cause SERIOUS INJURY to
personnel.
NOTE
There are several ECU conigurations compatible for this shop set. Refer to the applicable
ECU Owner s Manual for operating and maintenance instruction.
If ECU NSN 4120-01-523-4472 is being used, it may be necessary to change existing
electrical plug connector on end of ECU cables to electrical plug connector (NSN 5935-
01-413-4953) to ensure ECU power cable is compatible with ECU.
