POSITIONING BAND SAW FOR TRANSPORT MODE - CONTINUED
1.
Remove four setscrews from band saw transport location loor inserts and store in shelter BII box.
2.
Position band saw (Figure 1, Item 1) in transport location.
3.
Align brackets (Figure 1, Item 2) with loor inserts at band saw transport location.
4.
Inspect four bolts (Figure 1, Item 5) for thread damage or rounded heads.
5.
Replace bolts (Figure 1, Item 5) if damage is detected.
6.
Install four bolts (Figure 1, Item 5), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item 4) and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item
3) securing band saw (Figure 1, Item 1) to shelter loor.
Torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 5) 160-190 in. lbs.
