POSITIONING THROATLESS SHEARING MACHINE FOR TRANSPORT MODE - CONTINUED
1.
Remove four setscrews from throatless shearing machine transport location loor insert and store in shelter
BII box.
2.
Position anvil stand assembly (Figure 1, Item 2) with throatless shearing machine (Figure 1, Item 1) at
transport location.
3.
Inspect four bolts (Figure 1, Item 5) for thread damage or rounded heads.
4.
Replace bolts (Figure 1, Item 5) if damage is detected.
5.
Install four bolts (Figure 1, Item 5), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item 4), and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item
3) from anvil stand assembly (Figure 1, Item 2) supporting throatless shearing machine (Figure 1, Item 1)
and store in secure storage location.
Torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 4) 160-190 in. lbs.
