POSITIONING SHELF CABINET (D) FOR TRANSPORT MODE - CONTINUED
CAUTION
Torque values are provided and must be respected to prevent possible damage to equip-
ment or shelter. Improper procedures could result in extensive damage to government
property.
Do not use installed equipment as lifting points to relocate cabinet.
1.
Remove four setscrews from shelf cabinet (D) (Figure 1, Item 1) transport location loor inserts and store in
shelter BII box.
2.
Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item 3), and four lat washers (Figure 1,
Item 4) from storage location.
3.
Position shelf cabinet (D) (Figure 1, Item 1) at transport location.
4.
Align two cabinet brackets (Figure 1, Item 5) with loor inserts at shelf cabinet (D) transport location.
5.
Inspect four bolts (Figure 1, Item 2) for thread damage or rounded heads.
6.
Replace bolts (Figure 1, Item 2) if damage is detected.
7.
Install four bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item 3), and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item
4) securing two brackets (Figure 1, Item 5) to shelter loor.
Torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 2) 160-190 in. lbs.
