POSITIONING BOOKCASE FOR OPERATIONAL MODE - CONTINUED
1.
On top side of bookcase (Figure 1, Item 1) remove three bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), three lock washers (Figure
1, Item 5), and three lat washers (Figure 1, Item 6) from upper bookcase brackets (Figure 1, Item 3) attached
to hat (Figure 1, Item 2).
2.
On top side of bookcase (Figure 1, Item 1) remove six bolts (Figure 1, Item 12) , twelve lat washers (Figure
1, Item 11), six lock washers (Figure 1, Item 10), and six nuts (Figure 1, Item 9), detaching three brackets
(Figure 1, Item 3) from top of bookcase (Figure 1, Item 1). Set aside brackets and hardware.

On sides of bookcase (Figure 1, Item 1), remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), two lock washers (Figure 1, Item
5), and two lat washers (Figure 1, Item 6) from two bookcase brackets (Figure 1, Item 7) attached to shelter
loor.

On back side of bookcase (Figure 1, Item 1), remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), for lock washers (Figure
1, Item 5), and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item 6) from two bookcase brackets (Figure 1, Item 8) attached to
shelter loor.
5.
Position bookcase (Figure 1, Item 1) at operational location.
6.
Remove six setscrews (WP 0068 00, Figure 2, Item 18 or 19) from shelter BII box (WP 0002 00, Figure 2,
Item 5 or Figure 3, Item 6) and install into empty loor inserts (WP 0047 00, Figure 2).
7.
Install six bolts (Figure 1, Item 12), twelve lat washers (Figure 1, Item 11), six lock washers (Figure 1, Item
10), and six nuts (Figure 1, Item 9), attaching three brackets (Figure 1, Item 3) to top of bookcase (Figure 1,
Item 1).
