ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION LIST (AAL) INTRODUCTION
INTRODUCTION
Scope
This work package lists additional items you are authorized for the support of the Tool Crib Shop.
General
This list identiies items that do not have to accompany the Tool Crib Shop and that do not have to be turned in
with it. These items are all authorized to you by CTA, MTOE, TDA, or JTA.
Explanation of Columns in the AAL
Column (1) National Stock Number (NSN). Identiies the stock number of the item to be used for requisitioning
purposes.
Column (2) Description, Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGEC), and Part Number (P/N). Identiies
the Federal item name (in all capital letters) followed by a minimum description when needed. The last line below
the description is the CAGEC (in parentheses) and the part number.
Column (3) Usable On Code. When applicable, give you a code if the item you need is not the same for different
models of equipment. These codes are identiied below:

Column (4) Unit of Issue (U/I). Indicates the physical measure or count of the item as issued per the National Stock
Number shown in column (1).
Column (5) Qty Recm. Indicates the quantity recommended.
