2-10. Positioning Shop Equipment for Transport. The following procedures, and recommended sequence, for
moving equipment from the operational mode to the transport or storage mode will be observed.
1. Push pedal (1) toward rear of shrinking and
stretching machine (2) and insert stop bar (3) through
holes in frame.
2. Install washer (4) and nut (5) on stop bar (3)
and tighten.
1. Remove four floor plugs (1) from inserts at
transport location of throatless shear. Store plugs in
shop storage chest.
