4. Turn latches (5) clockwise, to hold ECU B fold-down panel (2) in place, and secure latch bolts (4).

5. Insert four plugs (6) in ECU B fold-down panel (2).
6. Repeat these procedures for ECU A fold-down panel at personnel end of shelter.
