NOTE
Mark or number parts to ensure parts are installed in the same orientation and location they
were removed from.
1.
Remove twenty countersunk screws (Figure 5, Item 1) and six speed nuts (Figure 5, Item 12) from support
plate (Figure 5, Item 2).
2.
Remove support plate (Figure 5, Item 2) and three shims (Figure 5, Item 3).
NOTE
Spring sheet nuts lock corner castings and aluminum rails together at every connection of
aluminum rail and corner castings. Ensure all spring sheet nuts are retained for use with
reassembly.
3.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure
5, Item 5 and 7) from aluminum rails (Figure 5, Item 4
and 8).
4.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure
5, Item 5 and 7) from aluminum rail (Figure 5, Item 6).
5.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure
5, Item 9 and 11) from aluminum rails (Figure 5, Item 4
and 8).
6.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure
5, Item 9 and 11) from aluminum rail (Figure 5, Item 10).
