49. Remove strap fastener loops (Figure 16, Item 3) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at eight center punched marks
(Figure 16, Item 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27 and 28).
50. Install four strap fastener loops (Figure 16, Item 3) to aluminum rail (Figure 16, Item 24) by installing eight
11/64 inch blind rivets (Figure 16, Item 1) into mounting holes (Figure 16, Item 2) of four strap fastener
loops (Figure 16, Item 3).
