ASLMS containers have a series of markings that provide information and identification for shipping
containers when transported aboard ships.
CAUTION
Do not remove, deface, or cover the information contained on labels, plates, and
markings. Loss of this information will de-certify the container. It is recommended that
ASLMS containers be maintained as sets by the CSC identification number (USAU
number) found on the ends, sides and roof of each container.
AIRLIFT CERTIFICATION
The following letter describes the airlift certification relevant to the transportation of the ASLMS and its
associated FPU containers.
