INSPECTION OF INSTALLED ITEMS CONTINUED
1.
Inspect irst aid bracket assembly (Figure 1, Item 1) for damage. Replace as necessary.
2.
Inspect irst aid bracket assembly hardware (Figure 1, Item 2 through 4 ) for rust, cracks, and rounded heads.
Replace as necessary.
REMOVAL
Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), two lock washers (Figure 1, Item 3), and two lat washers (Figure 1, Item
2) attaching irst aid bracket assembly (Figure 1, Item 1) to wall.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
1.
If irst aid bracket assembly (Figure 1, Item 1) can be repaired by welding, weld damaged area IAW TM
1-1500-204-23. Repair must not interfere with form, it, or function of irst aid bracket assembly (Figure 1,
Item 1).
2.
Paint repaired irst aid bracket assembly (Figure 1, Item 1) IAW (WP 0058 00, Figure 4).
INSTALLATION
1.
Position irst aid bracket assembly (Figure 1, Item 1) by aligning bolt holes with wall inserts.
2.
Install two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), two lock washers (Figure 1, Item 3), and two lat washers (Figure 1, Item
2).
Torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 4) 160-190 in. lbs.

Mount irst aid kit onto irst aid bracket assembly (Figure 1, Item 1).
