POSITIONING EYEWASH STATION ASSEMBLY BRACKET AND
HARDWARE FOR TRANSPORT MODE (1036659) - CONTINUED
NOTE
Eyewash station is provided with 1036659 coniguration of Production/Quality Control Shop.
1.
Drain saline from eyewash station (Figure 1, Item 6) IAW Sperian Fendall Pure Flow 1000 Eyewash Station
Owner s Manual.
2.
Remove eyewash station (Figure 1, Item 6) from eyewash station wall bracket (Figure 1, Item 4) and set
aside.
3.
Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), two lock washers (Figure 1, Item 2), two lat washers (Figure 1, Item 3),
and wall bracket (Figure 1, Item 4).
NOTE
Eyewash station wall bracket is stored inside eyewash station (WP 0002 00, Figure 3, Item 3)
when not in use. Remove eyewash station cover to access bracket storage location.
4.
Store hardware in shelter Basic Issue Items (BII) box (WP 0002 00, Figure 2, Item 5 or Figure 3, Item 6) and
store eyewash station wall bracket (Figure 1, Item 4) in eyewash station storage location.
5.
Store eyewash station (Figure 1, Item 6) at transport location on top of clerk desk (Figure 1, Item 8).
6.
Remove cargo strap (Figure 1, Item 7) from secure storage location.
7.
Secure eyewash station (Figure 1, Item 6) to clerk desk (Figure 1, Item 8) with cargo strap (Figure 1, Item 7).
