INSPECTION OF INSTALLED ITEMS CONTINUED
1.
Inspect ile cabinet (Figure 1) for damage. Replace as necessary.
2.
Inspect all ile cabinet hardware (Figure 1, Item 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9) for rust, cracks and rounded heads.
Replace as necessary.
REMOVAL
1.
Remove ile cabinet (Figure 1, Item 1) by removing four bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), four lock washers (Figure 1,
Item 3) and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item 4) from ile cabinet brackets (Figure 1, Item 5).
2.
Remove eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 9), eight lock washers (Figure 1, Item 7), sixteen lat washers (Figure 1,
Item 8) and eight nuts (Figure 1, Item 6) detaching two ile cabinet brackets (Figure 1, Item 5).
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
1.
If ile cabinet brackets (Figure 1, Item 5) can be repaired by welding, weld damaged area IAW TM
1-1500-204-23. Repair must not interfere with form, it, or function of ile cabinet brackets (Figure 1, Item 5).
2.
Paint repaired ile cabinet brackets (Figure 1, Item 5) IAW WP 0059 00, 3.
INSTALLATION
1.
Install eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 9), eight lock washers (Figure 1, Item 7), sixteen lat washers (Figure 1, Item
8) and eight nuts (Figure 1, Item 6), attaching two ile cabinet brackets (Figure 1, Item 5) to ile cabinet (Figure
1, Item 1).
2.
Attach ile cabinet (Figure 1, Item 1) to shelter loor by installing four bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), four lock washers
(Figure 1, Item 3) and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item 4) to ile cabinet brackets (Figure 1, Item 5).
Torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 2) installed to shelter loor, 160-190 in. lbs.

Install bottom drawer of ile cabinet (Figure 1, Item 1).
