Install sixteen 10-32 X 0.63 inch countersunk screws (Figure 13, Item 1) sixteen speed nuts (Figure 13, Item
15) and four large gussets (Figure 13, Item 17).
7.
Install eighteen 10-32 X 0.75 inch countersunk screws (Figure 13, Item 7) and eighteen speed nuts
(Figure 13, Item 15) to secure support plate (Figure 13, Item 5).
8.
Install thirty-six 10-32 X 0.63 inch countersunk screws (Figure 13, Item 1) and thirty-six speed nuts
(Figure 13, Item 15) to secure support plate (Figure 13, Item 2).

Touch Up
Prepare, prime and paint bare aluminum surfaces with Epoxy Primer Coating Kit and Epoxy Primer Coating
Kit, IAW MIL-STD-171.
Stencil Application
NOTE
It is only necessary to apply stencils to support plates that have been replaced.
Unless dimensions are stated, stencil locations are approximately applied as show.
Bottom edge of stencil is to be placed centered at supplied measurement.
All stencils will be applied In Accordance With (IAW) MIL-DTL-53039, color is to be black
FED-STD-595 No. 37030.
Refer to WP 0021 for stenciling standards and speciications.
