28. Install four strap fastener loops (Figure 14, Item 11) to aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17) by installing eight
11/64 inch blind rivets (Figure 14, Item 10) into mounting holes (Figure 14, Item 12) of four strap fastener
loops (Figure 14, Item 11).

On left side of third shelf, on top of rear aluminum rail (Figure 15, Item 6) measure from right end of aluminum
rail (Figure 15, Item 6) towards left 8.06 inches and from front of aluminum rail (Figure 15, Item 6) towards
back 0.62 inches and mark measurement (Figure 15, Item 10).

At marked measurement (Figure 15, Item 10) position right side mounting hole (Figure 15, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 15, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 15, Item 10).
3.
Center punch right and left side mounting holes (Figure 15, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 15, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 15, Item 6).
