25. At marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 12) position left side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 12).
26. Center punch left and right side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 9).
27. Remove strap fastener loops (Figure 13, Item 3) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at eight center punched marks
(Figure 13, Item 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13).
28. Install four strap fastener loops (Figure 13, Item 3) to aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 9) by installing eight
11/64 inch blind rivets (Figure 13, Item 1) into mounting holes (Figure 13, Item 2) of four strap fastener
loops (Figure 13, Item 3).
29. On forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 29) measure from outside edge of
corner casting (Figure 13, Item 24) from right towards left 13.25 inches and from top of aluminum rail
(Figure 13, Item 29) towards bottom 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 13, Item 25).
30. At marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 25) position right side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 25).
31. Center punch right and left side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 29).
32. On forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 29) measure from outside edge of
corner casting (Figure 13, Item 24) from right towards left 26.50 inches and from top of aluminum rail
(Figure 13, Item 29) towards bottom 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 13, Item 27).
33. At marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 27) position right side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 27).
34. Center punch right and left side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 29).
35. On forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 29) measure from outside edge of
corner casting (Figure 13, Item 24) from right towards left 39.75 inches and from top of aluminum rail
(Figure 13, Item 29) towards bottom 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 13, Item 30).
36. At marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 30) position right side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 30).
37. Center punch right and left side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 29).
38. On forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 29) measure from outside edge of
corner casting (Figure 13, Item 24) from right towards left 53.00 inches and from top of aluminum rail
(Figure 13, Item 29) towards bottom 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 13, Item 32).
39. At marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 32) position right side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 32).
40. Center punch right and left side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 29).
41. Remove strap fastener loops (Figure 13, Item 3) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at eight center punched marks
(Figure 13, Item 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32 and 33).
42. Install four strap fastener loops (Figure 13, Item 3) to aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 29) by installing eight
11/64 inch blind rivets (Figure 13, Item 1) into mounting holes (Figure 13, Item 2) of four strap fastener
loops (Figure 13, Item 3).
43. On top of rear aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 20) measure from outside edge of corner casting
(Figure 13, Item 23) from right towards left 13.25 inches and from front of aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 20)
towards back 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 13, Item 22).
44. At marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 22) position left side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 13, Item 22).
45. Center punch left and right side mounting hole (Figure 13, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 13, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 20).
46. On top of rear aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 20) measure from outside edge of corner casting
(Figure 13, Item 23) from right towards left 26.50 inches and from front of aluminum rail (Figure 13, Item 20)
towards back 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 13, Item 19).
