Center punch left and right side mounting hole (Figure 12, Item 18) of strap fastener loop (Figure 12, Item
17) onto slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11).

On front side of slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) measure from left edge of slide out shelf
assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) towards right 26.69 inches and from top of slide out shelf assembly
(Figure 12, Item 11) towards bottom 0.78 inches and mark measurement (Figure 12, Item 13).

At marked measurement (Figure 12, Item 13) position left side mounting hole (Figure 12, Item 18) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 12, Item 17) center on marked measurement (Figure 12, Item 13).
9.
Center punch left and right side mounting hole (Figure 12, Item 18) of strap fastener loop (Figure 12, Item
17) onto slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11).
10.
On front side of slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) measure from left edge of slide out shelf
assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) towards right 37.94 inches and from top of slide out shelf assembly
(Figure 12, Item 11) towards bottom 0.78 inches and mark measurement (Figure 12, Item 10).

At marked measurement (Figure 12, Item 10) position left side mounting hole (Figure 12, Item 18) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 12, Item 17) center on marked measurement (Figure 12, Item 10).
12.
Center punch left and right side mounting hole (Figure 12, Item 18) of strap fastener loop (Figure 12, Item
17) onto slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11).
13.
Remove strap fastener loops (Figure 12, Item 18) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at eight center punched marks
(Figure 12, Item 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19 and 20).
14.
Install four strap fastener loops (Figure 12, Item 17) to slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) by
installing eight 11/64 inch blind rivets (Figure 12, Item 16) into mounting holes (Figure 12, Item 18) of four
strap fastener loops (Figure 12, Item 17).
15.
On back side of slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) measure from right edge of slide out
shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) towards left 5.44 inches and from top of slide out shelf assembly
(Figure 12, Item 11) towards bottom 0.78 inches and mark measurement (Figure 12, Item 8).
16.
At marked measurement (Figure 12, Item 8) position right side mounting hole (Figure 12, Item 18) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 12, Item 117) center on marked measurement (Figure 12, Item 8).
17.
Center punch right and left side mounting hole (Figure 12, Item 18) of strap fastener loop (Figure 12, Item
17) onto slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11).

On back side of slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) measure from right edge of slide out
shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) towards left 16.69 inches and from top of slide out shelf assembly
(Figure 12, Item 11) towards bottom 0.78 inches and mark measurement (Figure 12, Item 6).
19.
At marked measurement (Figure 12, Item 6) position right side mounting hole (Figure 12, Item 18) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 12, Item 17) center on marked measurement (Figure 12, Item 6).
20.
Center punch right and left side mounting hole (Figure 12, Item 18) of strap fastener loop (Figure 12, Item
17) onto slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11).
21.
On back side of slide out shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) measure from right edge of slide out
shelf assembly (Figure 12, Item 11) towards left 26.69 inches and from top of slide out shelf assembly
(Figure 12, Item 11) towards bottom 0.78 inches and mark measurement (Figure 12, Item 4).

fastener loop (Figure 12, Item 17) center on marked measurement (Figure 12, Item 4).
