On front side of slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9) measure from left edge of slide out shelf assembly
(Figure 11, Item 9) towards right 29.31 inches and from top of slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9)
towards bottom 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 11, Item 8).
8.
At marked measurement (Figure 11, Item 8) position left side mounting hole (Figure 11, Item 16) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 11, Item 15) center on marked measurement (Figure 11, Item 8).
9.
Center punch left and right side mounting hole (Figure 11, Item 16) of strap fastener loop (Figure 11, Item
15) onto slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9).
10.
Remove strap fastener loops (Figure 11, Item 15) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at six center punched marks
(Figure 11, Item 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13).
11.
Install three strap fastener loops (Figure 11, Item 15) to slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9) by
installing six 11/64 inch blind rivets (Figure 11, Item 14) into mounting holes (Figure 11, Item 16) of three
strap fastener loops (Figure 11, Item 15).
12.
On back side of slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9) measure from right edge of slide out
shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9) towards left 8.06 inches and from top of slide out shelf assembly
(Figure 11, Item 9) towards bottom 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 11, Item 6).

At marked measurement (Figure 11, Item 6) position right side mounting hole (Figure 11, Item 16) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 11, Item 15) center on marked measurement (Figure 11, Item 6).
14.
Center punch right and left side mounting hole (Figure 11, Item 16) of strap fastener loop (Figure 11, Item
15) onto slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9).

On back side of slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9) measure from right edge of slide out
shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9) towards left 18.69 inches and from top of slide out shelf assembly
(Figure 11, Item 9) towards bottom 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 11, Item 4).

At marked measurement (Figure 11, Item 4) position right side mounting hole (Figure 11, Item 16) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 11, Item 15) center on marked measurement (Figure 11, Item 4).
17.
Center punch right and left side mounting hole (Figure 11, Item 16) of strap fastener loop (Figure 11, Item
15) onto slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9).

On back side of slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9) measure from right edge of slide out
shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9) towards left 29.31 inches and from top of slide out shelf assembly
(Figure 11, Item 9) towards bottom 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 11, Item 2).
19.
At marked measurement (Figure 11, Item 2) position right side mounting hole (Figure 11, Item 16) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 11, Item 15) center on marked measurement (Figure 11, Item 2).
20.
Center punch right and left side mounting hole (Figure 11, Item 16) of strap fastener loop (Figure 11, Item
15) onto slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9).
21.
Remove strap fastener loops (Figure 11, Item 15) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at six center punched marks
(Figure 11, Item 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6).
22.
Install three strap fastener loops (Figure 11, Item 15) to slide out shelf assembly (Figure 11, Item 9) by
installing six 11/64 inch blind rivets (Figure 11, Item 14) into mounting holes (Figure 11, Item 16) of three
strap fastener loops (Figure 11, Item 15).
