On top of rear aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 5) measure from right end of aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 5)
towards left 41.30 inches and from front of aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 5) towards back 0.62 inches and
mark measurement (Figure 14, Item 4).
8.
At marked measurement (Figure 14, Item 4) position right side mounting hole (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 14, Item 11) center on marked measurement (Figure 14, Item 4).
9.
Center punch right and left side mounting holes (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap fastener loop (Figure 14, Item
11) onto aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 5).
10.
On top of rear aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 5) measure from right end of aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 5)
towards left 57.30 inches and from front of aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 5) towards back 0.62 inches and
mark measurement (Figure 14, Item 2).
11.
At marked measurement (Figure 14, Item 2) position right side mounting hole (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 14, Item 11) center on marked measurement (Figure 14, Item 2).
12.
Center punch right and left mounting holes (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap fastener loop (Figure 14, Item 11)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 5).
13.
Remove strap fastener loops (Figure 14, Item 11) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at eight center punched
marks (Figure 14, Item 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9).
14.
Install four strap fastener loops (Figure 14, Item 11) to aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 5) by installing two
11/64 inch blind rivets (Figure 14, Item 10) into mounting holes (Figure 14, Item 12) of four strap fastener
loops (Figure 14, Item 11).
15.
On forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17) measure from right end of aluminum rail
(Figure 14, Item 17) towards left 7.00 inches and from top of aluminum rail towards bottom 0.75 inches and
mark measurement (Figure 14, Item 13).
16.
At marked measurement (Figure 14, Item 13) position right side mounting hole (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 14, Item 11) center on marked measurement (Figure 14, Item 13).
17.
Center punch right and left side mounting holes (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap fastener loop (Figure 14, Item
11) onto aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17).
18.
On forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17) measure from right end of aluminum rail
(Figure 14, Item 17) towards left 24.50 inches and from top of aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17) towards
bottom 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 14, Item 15).
19.
At marked measurement (Figure 14, Item 15) position right side mounting hole (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 14, Item 11) center on marked measurement (Figure 14, Item 15).
20.
Center punch right and left side mounting holes (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap fastener loop (Figure 14, Item
11) onto aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17).
21.
On forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17) measure from right end of aluminum rail
(Figure 14, Item 17) towards left 41.30 inches and from top of aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17) towards
bottom 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 14, Item 18).

At marked measurement (Figure 14, Item 18) position right side mounting hole (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 14, Item 11) center on marked measurement (Figure 14, Item 18).

Center punch right and left side mounting holes (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap fastener loop (Figure 14, Item
11) onto aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17).

On forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17) measure from right end of aluminum rail

Center punch right and left side mounting holes (Figure 14, Item 12) of strap fastener loop (Figure 14, Item
11) onto aluminum rail (Figure 14, Item 17).

Remove strap fastener loops (Figure 14, Item 11) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at eight center punched marks
(Figure 14, Item 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21).
