CABINETS (C) AND (D) HARDWARE CONTINUED
Inspect cabinet assembly integration hardware (Figure 2) for rust, cracks and rounded heads. Replace as nec-
essary.
REMOVAL
CABINETS (C) AND (D) HARDWARE
1.
Remove kick plate IAW (WP 0036 00, Kick Plate, REMOVAL ).
2.
Remove drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary IAW (WP 0036 00, Drawers, Slides, And Shelves,
REMOVAL ).
3.
Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 2, Item 5), and four lat washers (Figure 2,
Item 6) detaching two cabinet brackets (Figure 2, Item 3) from shelter loor.
4.
Remove two bolts (Figure 2, Item 4), two lock washers (Figure 2, Item 5), and two lat washers (Figure 2, Item
6) detaching two cabinet (C) (Figure 2, Item 1) and cabinet (D) (Figure 2, Item 2) from shelter wall.
INSTALLATION
CABINETS (C) AND ( D) HARDWARE
1.
Install two bolts (Figure 2, Item 4), two lock washers (Figure 2, Item 5), and two lat washers (Figure 2, Item
6) securing cabinets (C) (Figure 2, Item 1) and cabinet (D) (Figure 2, Item 2) to shelter wall.

Install four bolts (Figure 2, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 2, Item 5), and four lat washers (Figure 2, Item
6) securing two cabinet brackets (Figure 2, Item 3) to shelter loor.
Torque bolts (Figure 2, Item 4) 160-190 in. lbs.

Install drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary IAW (WP 0036 00, Drawers, Slides, And Shelves,
INSTALLATION ).

Install kick plate IAW (WP 0036 00, Kick Plate, INSTALLATION ).
