Remove hardware attaching four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 7), shelf cabinet (A), and six drawer cab-
inet (B) (Figure 3, Item 6) to shelter loor and wall IAW WP 0035 00, Cabinets A and B Hardware, REMOVAL.
4.
Remove four lag bolts (Figure 3, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 3), and four lat washers (Figure 3,
Item 2) detaching work surface (Figure 3, Item 12) from six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 6).
5.
Remove work surface (Figure 3, Item 4) from top of six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 5).
6.
Remove four bolts (Figure 3, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 10), four lock washers (Figure 3,
Item 2), and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 9) detaching two cabinet brackets (Figure 3, Item 12) from four drawer
cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 13) and six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 5).
7.
Remove four bolts (Figure 3, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item
2),and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 9) detaching shelf cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 13) from six drawer cabinet (B)
(Figure 3, Item 5).
8.
Remove four bolts (Figure 4, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 4, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 4, Item
2), and four nuts (Figure 4, Item 9) detaching shelf cabinet (A) (Figure 4, Item 14) from four drawer cabinet
(A) (Figure 4, Item 13).
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
1.
If cabinet brackets (Figure 3, Item 12) can be repaired by welding, weld damaged area IAW TM
1-1500-204-23. Repair must not interfere with form, it, or function of cabinet brackets (Figure 3, Item 12).
2.
Paint repaired cabinet brackets (Figure 3, Item 15) IAW WP 0056 00, Figure 1.
INSTALLATION
1.
Install four bolts (Figure 4, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 4, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 4, Item
2), and four nuts (Figure 4, Item 9) securing shelf cabinet (A) (Figure 4, Item 14) to four drawer cabinet (A)
(Figure 4, Item 13) together.
2.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 2),
and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 9) securing four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 13) and six drawer cabinet
(B) (Figure 3, Item 5) together.
3.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 10), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item
2), and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 9) securing two cabinet brackets (Figure 3, Item 12) to four drawer cabinet
(A) (Figure 3, Item 13) and six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 5).
4.
If a new work surface (Figure 3, Item 4) must be installed:
a.
Position work surface (Figure 3, Item 4), inished side up, on top of six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item
5).
b.
Ensure work surface (Figure 3, Item 4) is lush with back and sides of cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 5).
c.
On inside of six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 5), mark four hole placements (Figure 3, Item 15) in
top of cabinet on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 4).
d.
After four hole placement marks have been made, lip work surface (Figure 3, Item 15) over with non-
inished side up.
e.
On non-inished side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 4) at four marked hole placements, center punch
and drill four 5/16 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
f.
Return work surface (Figure 3, Item 4) inished side up, on top of six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item
5).
5.
Align bolt holes (Figure 3, Item 15) of work surface (Figure 3, Item 4) with bolt holes on top of six drawer
cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 5).
