Setscrew Inspection.
1.
Remove any setscrew (Figure 1, Item 1) that will not screw into loor insert (Figure 1, Item 2).
2.
Inspect setscrew (Figure 1, Item 1) and insert (Figure 1, Item 2) for damaged threads.
3.
Install new setscrew (Figure 1, Item 1) as required.
