Inspect all cabinet assembly hardware (Figure 3, Item 1, 2, 3, 9, 10 and 11), for rust, cracks and rounded
heads. Replace as necessary.
REMOVAL
4 DRAWER CABINET (A) AND SHELF CABINET (A) AND 4 DRAWER CABINET (B) AND SHELF CABINET (B)
1.
Remove kick plate IAW Kick Plate, REMOVAL.
2.
Remove drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary IAW Drawers, Slides, And Shelves, REMOVAL.
3.
Remove hardware attaching cabinets (A) (Figure 3, Item 1 and 10) and cabinets (B) (Figure 3, Item 2 and 3)
to shelter loor and wall IAW WP 0039 00, Cabinets( A) and (B) Hardware, REMOVAL.
4.
Remove four bolts (Figure 3, Item 7), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 6), and four lock washers (Figure 3,
Item 5), and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 4) detaching two cabinet brackets (Figure 3, Item 8) from four drawer
cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 10) and four drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 3).
5.
Remove four bolts (Figure 3, Item 7), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 9), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item
5), and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 4) detaching cabinets (A) (Figure 3, Item 1 and 10) from cabinets (B) (Figure
3, Item 2 and 3).
6.
Remove four bolts (Figure 3, Item 7), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 9), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item
5), and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 4) detaching shelf cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 1) from four drawer cabinet (A)
(Figure 3, Item 10).
7.
Remove four bolts (Figure 3, Item 7), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 9), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item
5), and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 4) detaching shelf cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 2) from four drawer cabinet (B)
(Figure 3, Item 3).
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
4 DRAWER CABINET (A), AND SHELF CABINET (A), 4 DRAWER CABINET (B), AND SHELF CABINET (B)
1.
If cabinet brackets (Figure 3, Item 8) can be repaired by welding, weld damaged area IAW TM 1-1500-204-23.
Repair must not interfere with form, it, or function of cabinet brackets (Figure 3, Item 8).
2.
Paint repaired cabinet brackets (Figure 3, Item 8) IAW WP 0055 00, Figure 1.
INSTALLATION

1.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 7), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 9), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 5),
and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 4) attaching shelf cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 2) to four drawer cabinet (B) (Figure
3, Item 3).
2.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 7), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 9), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 5),
and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 4) attaching shelf cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 1) to four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure
3, Item 10).
3.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 7), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 9), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 5),
and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 4) attaching cabinets (A) (Figure 3, Item 1 and 10) to cabinets (B) (Figure 3, Item
2 and 3).
4.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 7), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 6), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 5),
and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 4) attaching two cabinet brackets (Figure 3, Item 8) to four drawer cabinet (A)
(Figure 3, Item 10) and four drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 3).
5.
Install hardware attaching cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 1 and 10) and cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 2 and 3) to
shelter wall and loor IAW WP 0039 00, Cabinets (A) and (B) Hardware, INSTALLATION.
