REMOVAL
6 DRAWER CABINET (C), 3 DRAWER CABINET (D), SHELF CABINET
(D), 6 DRAWER CABINET (E), AND SHELF CABINET (E) (1036058)
1.
Remove kick plate IAW Kick Plate, REMOVAL.
2.
Remove drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary IAW Drawers, Slides, And Shelves, REMOVAL.
3.
Remove hardware attaching bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4), six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7)
with work surface (Figure 5, Item 5), three drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 5, Item 15), shelf cabinet (D) (Figure 5,
Item 9), six drawer cabinet (E) (Figure 5, Item 13), and shelf cabinet (E) (Figure 5, Item 10) to shelter wall and
loor IAW WP 0039 00, Cabinets (C), (D) and (E) Hardware (1036058), REMOVAL.
4.
Remove three lag bolts (Figure 5, Item 1), three lock washers (Figure 5, Item 2), and three small lat washers
(Figure 5, Item 3) detaching work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) from bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4).
5.
Remove four lag bolts (Figure 5, Item 1), four lock washers (Figure 5, Item 2), and four lat washers (Figure 5,
Item 6) detaching work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) from six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7).
6.
Remove work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) from top of six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7) and bench leg
assembly (Figure 5, Item 4).
7.
Remove four bolts (Figure 5, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 5, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 5,
Item 2), and four nuts (Figure 5, Item 12) detaching two cabinet brackets (Figure 5, Item 14) from six drawer
cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7) and six drawer cabinet (E) (Figure 5, Item 13).
8.
Remove four bolts (Figure 5, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 5, Item 6), four lock washers (Figure 5, Item
2), and four nuts (Figure 5, Item 12) detaching six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7) from three drawer
cabinet (D) (Figure 5, Item 15).
9.
Remove eight bolts (Figure 5, Item 11), sixteen lat washers (Figure 5, Item 6), eight lock washers (Figure 5,
Item 2), and eight nuts (Figure 5, Item 12) detaching cabinets (D) (Figure 5, Item 9 and 15) from cabinets (E)
(Figure 5, Item 10 and 13).
10. Remove four bolts (Figure 5, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 5, Item 6), four lock washers (Figure 5, Item
2), and four nuts (Figure 5, Item 12) detaching shelf cabinet (D) (Figure 5, Item 9) from three drawer cabinet
(D) (Figure 5, Item 15).
11. Remove four bolts (Figure 5, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 5, Item 6), four lock washers (Figure 5, Item
2), and four nuts (Figure 5, Item 12) detaching shelf cabinet (E) (Figure 5, Item 10) from six drawer cabinet
(E) (Figure 5, Item 13).
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

1.
If cabinet brackets (Figure 5, Item 14) can be repaired by welding, weld damaged area IAW TM
1-1500-204-23. Repair must not interfere with form, it, or function of cabinet brackets (Figure 5, Item 14).
2.
Paint repaired cabinet brackets (Figure 5, Item 14) IAW WP 0055 00, Figure 1.
INSTALLATION

Install four bolts (Figure 5, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 5, Item 6), four lock washers (Figure 5, Item
2), and four nuts (Figure 5, Item 12) attaching shelf cabinet (E) (Figure 5, Item 10) to six drawer cabinet (E)
(Figure 5, Item 13).
2.
Install four bolts (Figure 5, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 5, Item 6), four lock washers (Figure 5, Item
2), and four nuts (Figure 5, Item 12) attaching shelf cabinet (D) (Figure 5, Item 9) to three drawer cabinet (D)
(Figure 5, Item 15).
