Install four bolts (Figure 5, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 5, Item 6), four lock washers (Figure 5, Item 2),
and four nuts (Figure 5, Item 12) attaching six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7) to three drawer cabinet
(D) (Figure 5, Item 15).
4.
If a new work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) must be installed:
a.
Position work surface (Figure 5, Item 5), inished side up, on top of six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item
7) and bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4).
b.
Ensure work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) is lush with the side and back of cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7)
and the back of bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4). The work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) should have
approximately one inch over hang on the outside of the bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4). The work
surface (Figure 5, Item 5) should also over hang the front of six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7) and
bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4) 2.25 inches.
c.
On inside of six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7) , mark four hole placements (Figure 5, Item 8) in
top of cabinet on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 5, Item 5).
d.
On underside of bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4), mark two hole placements (Figure 5, Item 17) on
outside of bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4). Mark one hole placement (Figure 5, Item 16) at inside
center.
e.
After seven hole placement marks have been made, lip work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) over with
non-inished side up.
f.
On non-inished side of work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) at seven marked hole placements, center punch
and drill seven 5/16 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
g.
Return work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) inished side up, on top of six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item
7) and bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4).
5.
Align bolt holes of work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) with bolt holes on top of six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5,
Item 7) and bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4).
6.
Install four lag bolts (Figure 5, Item 1), four lock washers (Figure 5, Item 2), and four lat washers (Figure 5,
Item 6) securing work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) to six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7) .
7.
Install three lag bolts (Figure 5, Item 1), three lock washers (Figure 5, Item 2), and three small lat washers
(Figure 5, Item 3) securing work surface (Figure 5, Item 5) to bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4).
8.
Install four bolts (Figure 5, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 5, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 5, Item 2),
and four nuts (Figure 5, Item 12) attaching two cabinet brackets (Figure 5, Item 14) to six drawer cabinet (C)
(Figure 5, Item 7) and six drawer cabinet (E) (Figure 5, Item 13).
9.
Install hardware attaching bench leg assembly (Figure 5, Item 4), six drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 5, Item 7)
with work surface (Figure 5, Item 5), three drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 5, Item 15), shelf cabinet (D) (Figure 5,
Item 9), six drawer cabinet (E) (Figure 5, Item 13), and shelf cabinet (E) (Figure 5, Item 10) to shelter wall and
loor IAW WP 0039 00, Cabinets (C), (D) and (E) Hardware (1036058), INSTALLATION.
10. Install drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary IAW Drawers, Slides, And Shelves, INSTALLATION.
11. Install kick plate IAW Kick Plate, INSTALLATION.
