ASSEMBLY AND PREPARATION FOR USE
WARNING
Four personnel are required to perform all of the following procedures.
NOTE
Each shelter is equipped with six container jacks. Four leveling support jack assemblies
are used on ixed side to lift and level shelter and two hinged jack assemblies are used on
expanded side to level hinged loor after expansion.
Refer to WP 0027 00 for unusual ground conditions.

1.
Remove four leveling support jack assemblies (Figure 1, Item 2) from inside of personnel and right cargo
doors (Figure 1, Item 1) by turning locking handle (Figure 1, Item 5) to loosen jack attachment (Figure 1, Item
3) and removing safety pin (Figure 1, Item 4).
2.
Position leveling support jack (Figure 1, Item 2) at each corner of shelter.
