REMOVAL
1.
To remove band saw (Figure 1, Item 1), remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item
5), and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item 3).
2.
To remove band saw brackets (Figure 1, Item 4), remove six bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), twelve lat washers
(Figure 1, Item 3), six lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), and six nuts (Figure 1, Item 6).
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
1.
If band saw brackets (Figure 1, Item 4) can be repaired by welding, weld damaged area IAW TM
1-1500-204-23. Repair must not interfere with form, it, or function of band saw brackets (Figure 1, Item 4).
2.
Paint repaired band saw brackets (Figure 1, Item 4) IAW WP 0068 00, Figure 9.
INSTALLATION
1.
To install band saw brackets (Figure 1, Item 4), install six bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), twelve lat washers (Figure
1, Item 3), six lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), and six nuts (Figure 1, Item 6).
2.
Align bolt holes of band saw brackets (Figure 1, Item 4) with loor inserts.
3.
Install four bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item
3) attaching band saw (Figure 1, Item 1) to shelter loor.
Torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 2) attaching band saw (Figure 1, Item 1) to shelter loor 160-190 in. lbs.
