LOWERING SHELTER ROOF - CONTINUED
1.
Two personnel inside shelter, using support strut assemblies (Figure 3, Item 2), will lower roof panel (Figure
3, Item 1) until two personnel outside can reach and hold weight of roof panel (Figure 3, Item 1).

Inside personnel will shorten two support strut assemblies (Figure 4, Item 1) and secure to ceiling brackets
(Figure 4, Item 3).
CAUTION
Ensure all inside personnel have moved to outside of shelter to assist personnel for the following
steps.

After all inside personnel have moved to the outside of the shelter, allow the roof panel (Figure 4, Item 2) to
close to a vertical position.
