WARNING
Do not attempt to remove leveling support jack assemblies until after shelter has been lowered.
Removing leveling support jack assemblies without properly lowering shelter risks serious
INJURY to personnel.
NOTE
Ensure hinged loor is clear of items or debris and loor hinges are clean of sand or dirt.
Ensure top of hinged roof is clear of items, debris, snow, or ice and hinged loor extension
is clear of foreign matter, snow, or ice.
When loor is lowered, (to allow roof clearance for folding) devices securing fold-out loor
support cables can be disengaged.
RELEASING SHELTER LATCHES
1.
Remove two removable latches from hinged sidewall.
2.
Remove one removable latch from each hinged end wall.
3.
Place four removable latches in shelter BII box (WP 0002 00, Figure 2, Item 8 or WP 0002 00, Figure 3, Item
8).
CAUTION
It is essential that non-removable latches are pressed lat into pans.
4.
Release sixteen non-removable latches between hinged sidewall, end wall, roof, and loor and press lat in
pans.
