A six man lift is required when moving or lifting the 25 ton press. Trying to move or lift the 25 ton
press without suficient help can cause SERIOUS INJURY to personnel.
NOTE
During installation of components same hardware should be used so as to maintain original
integrity of shop set.
INSPECTION OF INSTALLED ITEMS

Inspect 25 ton press (Figure 1) for damage. Replace as necessary.
2.
Inspect 25 ton press hardware (Figure 1, Item 3, 4 and 5) for rust, cracks and rounded heads. Replace as
necessary.
REMOVAL
To remove 25 ton press (Figure 1, Item 1), remove eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 5), eight lock washers (Figure 1,
Item 4), and eight lat washers (Figure 1, Item 3).
