INSPECTION OF INSTALLED ITEMS CONTINUED
CONTINUED
1.
Inspect dry ice maker (Figure 1) for damage. Replace as necessary.
2.
Inspect dry ice maker hardware (Figure 1, Item 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8) for rust, cracks and rounded heads. Replace
as necessary.
REMOVAL
1.
Remove two clamping knobs (Figure 1, Item 5) and two lat washers (Figure 1, Item 6).
2.
Slide front end plate (Figure 1, Item 4) forward.
3.
Remove dry ice chamber (Figure 1, Item 10).
4.
Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 3), two upper lat washers (Figure 1, Item 2), two lower lat washers (Figure
1, Item 7) two lock washers (Figure 1, Item 8), and two nuts (Figure 1, Item 9).
INSTALLATION
1.
Install dry ice maker (Figure 1, Item 1) by installing two bolts (Figure 1, Item 3), two upper lat washers (Figure
1, Item 2), two lower lat washers (Figure 1, Item 7), two lock washers (Figure 1, Item 8), and two nuts (Figure
1, Item 9).
2.
Place dry ice chamber (Figure 1, Item 10) on base between clamping screw rods (Figure 1, Item 11).
3.
Slide front end plate (Figure 1, Item 4) against dry ice chamber (Figure 1, Item 10).
4.
Install two lat washers (Figure 1, Item 6) and two clamping knobs (Figure 1, Item 5).
