REMOVAL CONTINUED
ECU POWER CABLE CONTINUED
1.
Move all circuit breaker switches to the OFF position.
2.
Tag and disconnect shelter electrical power.
3.
Remove panel cover from circuit breaker box (Figure 2, Item 2).
4.
Remove panel cover and board as follows:
a.
NQOD Remove four screws and four washers and lift circuit breaker panel cover from panel board.
b.
NQOB Move clamp ingers to open position and lift circuit breaker panel cover from panel board.
5.
Disconnect ECU power cable (Figure 2, Item 6) from circuit breaker (Figure 2, Item 5).
6.
Disconnect neutral from circuit breaker box terminal strip (Figure 2, Item 3).
7.
Disconnect ground wire from ground terminal strip (Figure 2, Item 4).
8.
Loosen nut (Figure 2, Item 1) on box connector at circuit breaker box (Figure 2, Item 2) and pull ECU power
cable (Figure 2, Item 6) through and out of box connector.
INSTALLATION

Personnel End
1.
Pull ECU power cable (Figure 2, Item 6) through box connector and tighten nut (Figure 2, Item 1) after ECU
power cable (Figure 2, Item 6) has been positioned with length (approximately 36 in.) of wire.
2.
Attach ECU power cable wires to circuit breaker with neutral and ground wires to corresponding terminal
strip (Figure 2, Item 3 and 4).
3.
Replace circuit breaker panel board and cover onto circuit breaker box (Figure 2, Item 2).
4.
Move main circuit breaker to ON position.
INSTALLATION

Cargo End
1.
Perform Personnel End REMOVAL and INSTALLATION procedures irst with cargo end ECU power cable
(Figure 2, Item 6) in place of personnel end ECU power cable (Figure 2, Item 6) then proceed to Step 2.
NOTE
Perform the following step,Step 2, using the end of ECU power cable (Figure 2, Item 6) just
removed from circuit breaker box (Figure 2, Item 2).
2.
Using electrical tape, attach a length of ibrous twine, or 1/4 in. rope approximately 25-30 ft. long, to end of
ECU power cable (Figure 2, Item 6).
