REMOVAL CONTINUED
1.
Tag and disconnect shelter electrical power.
2.
Set all circuit breaker switches to OFF position.
3.
Open circuit breaker panel door.
4.
Remove panel cover and board as follows:
a.
NQOD Remove four screws and four washers and lift circuit breaker panel cover from panel board.
b.
NQOB Move clamp ingers to open position and lift circuit breaker panel cover from panel board.
c.
Remove four screws and lift panel board from circuit breaker box.
NOTE
Once panel boards are removed, all further procedures are identical for both models.
5.
Disconnect wires from circuit breakers (Figure 5, Item 5), neutral bar (Figure 5, Item 3) and ground bar
(Figure 5, Item 4).
6.
Loosen nut (Figure 5, Item 1) on outside of circuit breaker box that secures ECU power cable to box connector
(Figure 5, Item 6).
7.
Pull ECU power cable through cable through and out of box connector (Figure 5, Item 6).
8.
Remove box connector lock nut (Figure 5, Item 2) from inside circuit breaker box.
9.
Remove box connector (Figure 5, Item 6).
INSTALLATION
Box Connector for ECU Power Cable
1.
Insert box connector (Figure 5, Item 6) into hole in side of circuit breaker box.
2.
Place nut (Figure 5, Item 1) on box connector (Figure 5, Item 6) and tighten.
3.
Push ECU power cable through box connector (Figure 5, Item 6) and locate at original position.
4.
Tighten nut (Figure 5, Item 2) on inside of circuit breaker box.
5.
Connect wires to circuit breaker (Figure 5, Item 4).
6.
Install panel board and cover.
7.
Move main circuit breaker to the ON position.
