On non-inished side of work surface (Figure 7, Item 11) at three marked hole placements (Figure 7, Item
8, 9, and 10), center punch and drill three 5/16 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
f.
Return work surface (Figure 7, Item 11) inished side up, on top of three drawer cabinet (G ) (Figure 7,
Item 7) and six drawer cabinet (H) (Figure 7, Item 6).
3.
If a new work surface (Figure 7, Item 11) has been installed and/or a new work surface and six drawer cabinet
(H) (Figure 7, Item 6) has been installed:
a.
Measure 3.50 inches from right side and 1.50 inches from front of work surface (Figure 7, Item 11) and
mark measurement (Figure 7, Item 9).
b.
Measure 3.50 inches from right side and 6.80 inches from front of work surface (Figure 7, Item 11) and
mark measurement (Figure 7, Item 10).
c.
Measure 8.80 inches from right side and 6.80 inches from front of work surface (Figure 7, Item 11) and
mark measurement (Figure 7, Item 8).
d.
Center punch and drill three 1/2 inch holes through work surface (Figure 7, Item 11) and six drawer
cabinet (H) (Figure 7, Item 6).
4.
Install four lag bolts (Figure 7, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 7, Item 3), four lat washers (Figure 7, Item
2) securing work surface (Figure 7, Item 11) to three drawer cabinet (G) (Figure 7, Item 7) and six drawer
cabinet (H) (Figure 7, Item 6).
5.
Install four bolts (Figure 7, Item 12), eight lat washers (Figure 7, Item 13), four lock washers (Figure 7, Item
3), and four nuts (Figure 7, Item 15) securing two cabinet brackets (Figure 7, Item 14) to three drawer cabinet
(H) (Figure 7, Item 6).
6.
Install hardware attaching three drawer cabinet (G) (Figure 7, Item 7) and six drawer cabinet (H) (Figure 7,
Item 6) to shelter loor IAW WP 0039 00, Cabinet (G) and (H) Hardware, INSTALLATION.
7.
Install drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary IAW Drawers, Slides, And Shelves, INSTALLATION.
8.
Install kick plate IAW Kick Plate, INSTALLATION.
