NOTE
During installation of components same hardware should be used so as to maintain original
integrity of shop set.
INSPECTION OF INSTALLED ITEMS
Figure 1.
Machinist Vise.
1.
Inspect machinist vise (Figure 1) for damage. Replace as necessary.
2.
Inspect machinist vise hardware (Figure 1, Item 2 through 6) for rust, cracks and rounded heads. Replace
as necessary.
REMOVAL
Remove three bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), three upper lat washers (Figure 1, Item 3), three lower lat washers (Figure
1, Item 4), three lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5) and three nuts (Figure 1, Item 6).
INSTALLATION
Replace machinist vise (Figure 1, Item 1) by installing three bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), three upper lat washers
(Figure 1, Item 3), three lower lat washers (Figure 1, Item 4), and three lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5) and
three nuts (Figure 1, Item 6).
