Match drill holes of work surface (Figure 3, Item 13) through cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 7) and cabinet
(D) (Figure 3, Item 6).
5.
If a new work surface (Figure 3, Item 13) has been installed and/or a new work surface (Figure 3, Item 12)
and cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 7) or cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item 6) has been installed:
a.
Position left side of upright drilling machine 16.00 inches from left side of work surface (Figure 3, Item
13) and 5.00 inches from front of work surface (Figure 3, Item 13). Mark placement holes (Figure 3, Item
8 and 9). Set aside grinder.
b.
Position back left bolt hole of machinist s vice 50.75 inches from left side of work surface (Figure 3, Item
13) and 9.50 inches from front of work surface (Figure 3, Item 13). Mark placement holes (Figure 3, Item
8 and 9). Set aside machinist s vice.
c.
Center punch and drill ive 1/2 inch holes through work surface (Figure 3, Item 13) and cabinet (C)
(Figure 3, Item 7) and cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item 6).
6.
Install hardware attaching cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 7) and cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item 6) to shelter wall and
loor IAW WP 0041 00, Cabinets C and D Hardware, INSTALLATION.
7.
Install drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary (Drawers, Slides, And Shelves, INSTALLATION).
8.
Install kick plate (Kick Plate, INSTALLATION).
