NOTE
Spring sheet nuts lock corner castings and aluminum rails together at every connection of
aluminum rail and corner castings. Ensure all spring sheet nuts are retained for use with
reassembly.
6.
To remove third shelf, loosen and remove bottoms of four corner castings (Figure 5, Item 16, 21, 23 and 27)
from four aluminum rails (Figure 5, Item 17, 22, 24 and 28) and set third shelf aside.
7. Remove four aluminum rails (Figure 5, Item 7, 10, 13 and 15) from four corner castings (Figure 5, Item
16, 21, 23 and 27).
8. Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 5, Item 16 and 21) from aluminum rails (Figure 5, Item
14 and 25).
9. Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 5, Item 16 and 21) from aluminum rail (Figure 5, Item 19).
10. Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 5, Item 23 and 27) from aluminum rails (Figure 5, Item
14 and 25).
11. Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 5, Item 23 and 27) from aluminum rail (Figure 5, Item 8).
