NOTE
Mark or number parts to ensure parts are installed in the same orientation and location they
were removed from.
1.
Remove eleven countersunk screws (Figure 6, Item 21), eleven speed nuts (Figure 6, Item 14), one support
plate (Figure 6, Item 4) and four shims (Figure 6, Item 3).
2.
Remove forty countersunk screws (Figure 6, Item 12), forty speed nuts (Figure 6, Item 14]) and eight large
gussets (Figure 6, Item 11).
NOTE
Spring sheet nuts lock corner castings and aluminum rails together at every connection of
aluminum rail and corner castings. Ensure all spring sheet nuts are retained for use with
reassembly.
3.
To remove fourth shelf, loosen and remove bottoms of four corner castings (Figure 6, Item 9, 15, 17 and 22)
from four aluminum rails (Figure 6, Item 13, 16, 18 and 20) and set fourth shelf aside.
4.
Remove two aluminum rails (Figure 6, Item 7 and 8) from two corner castings (Figure 6, Item 9 and 15).
5.
Remove two aluminum rails (Figure 6, Item 1 and 5) from two corner castings (Figure 6, Item 17 and 19).
6.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 6, Item 17 and 22) from aluminum rails (Figure 6, Item
6 and 19).
7.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 6, Item 17 and 22) from aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 2).
8.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 6, Item 9 and 15) from aluminum rails (Figure 6, Item
6 and 19).
9.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 6, Item 9 and 15) from aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 10).
