NOTE
Mark or number parts to ensure parts are installed in the same orientation and location they
were removed from.
1.
Remove sixteen countersunk screws (Figure 7, Item 13), sixteen speed nuts (Figure 7, Item 11), and
four large gussets (Figure 7, Item 12).
2.
Remove fourteen 1/4-20 X 1.75 inch pan head screws (Figure 7, Item 24), seven self clinching nuts
(Figure 7, Item 17), two drawer slide mounting plates (Figure 7, Item 16) and six shims (Figure 7, Item 20).
NOTE
Spring sheet nuts lock corner castings and aluminum rails together at every connection of
aluminum rail and corner castings. Ensure all spring sheet nuts are retained for use with
reassembly.
3.
Remove six aluminum rails (Figure 7, Item 1, 3, 7, 9, 14 and 19) from six corner castings (Figure 7, Item 4,
10, 21, 26, 31 and 36).
4.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 7, Item 21 and 26) from aluminum rails (Figure 7, Item
22 and 27).
5.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 7, Item 21 and 26) from aluminum rail (Figure 7, Item 23).
6.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 7, Item 18 and 28) from aluminum rails (Figure 7, Item
22 and 27).
7.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 7, Item 18 and 28) from aluminum rails (Figure 7, Item
15 and 29).
