On top of second shelf (Figure 5, Item 9), on forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 5, Item 10)
measure from left end of aluminum rail towards right 6.56 inches and from top of aluminum rail towards bottom
0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 5, Item 4).
2.
At marked measurement (Figure 5, Item 4) position left side mounting hole (Figure 5, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 5, Item 3) center on marked measurement.
3.
Center punch left and right side mounting holes (Figure 5, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 5, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 5, Item 10).
4.
Remove strap fastener loop (Figure 5, Item 3) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at each center punched mark
(Figure 5, Item 4 and 5).
