5.
Install strap fastener loop (Figure 5, Item 3) to aluminum rail (Figure 5, Item 10) by installing two 11/64 inch
blind rivets (Figure 5, Item 1) into mounting holes (Figure 5, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 5, Item 3).
6. On rear aluminum rail (Figure 5, Item 8) measure from left end of aluminum rail towards right 6.56 inches and
from front of aluminum rail towards back 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 5, Item 6).
7. At marked measurement (Figure 5, Item 6) position left side mounting hole (Figure 5, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 5, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 5, Item 6).
8. Center punch left and right side mounting holes (Figure 5, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 5, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 5, Item 8).
9. Remove strap fastener loop (Figure 5, Item 3) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at each center punched mark
(Figure 5, Item 6 and 7).
10. Install strap fastener loop (Figure 5, Item 3) to aluminum rail (Figure 5, Item 8) by installing two 11/64 inch
blind rivets (Figure 5, Item 1) into mounting holes (Figure 5, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 5, Item 3).
