INSTRUCTIONS FOR STRAP FASTENER LOOPS - (CONTINUED)
1.
On top of third shelf (Figure 6, Item 9), on forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 10)
measure from left end of aluminum rail towards right 7.06 inches and from front of aluminum rail towards back
0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 6, Item 14).
2.
At marked measurement (Figure 6, Item 14) position left side mounting hole (Figure 6, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 6, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 6, Item 14).
3.
Center punch left and right side mounting holes (Figure 6, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 6, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 10).
4.
On forward facing area of front aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 10) measure from left end of aluminum rail
towards right 31.06 inches and from front of aluminum rail towards back 0.75 inches and mark measurement
(Figure 6, Item 12).
5.
At marked measurement (Figure 6, Item 12) position left side mounting hole (Figure 6, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 6, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 6, Item 12).
6.
Center punch left and right side mounting holes (Figure 6, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 6, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 10).
7.
Remove strap fastener loops (Figure 6, Item 3) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at four center punched marks
(Figure 6, Item 11, 12, 13 and 14).
8.
Install two strap fastener loops (Figure 6, Item 3) to aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 10) by installing four
11/64 inch blind rivets (Figure 6, Item 1) into mounting holes (Figure 6, Item 2) of two strap fastener loops
(Figure 6, Item 3).
9.
On rear aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 8) measure from left end of aluminum rail towards right 7.06 inches and
from front of aluminum rail towards back 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 6, Item 4).
10.
At marked measurement (Figure 6, Item 4) position left side mounting hole (Figure 6, Item 1) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 6, Item 2) center on marked measurement (Figure 6, Item 4).
11.
Center punch left and right side mounting holes (Figure 6, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 6, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 8).
12.
On top of rear aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 8) measure from left end of aluminum rail towards right 31.06
inches and from front of aluminum rail towards back 0.75 inches and mark measurement (Figure 6, Item 6).
13.
At marked measurement (Figure 6, Item 6) position left side mounting hole (Figure 6, Item 2) of strap
fastener loop (Figure 6, Item 3) center on marked measurement (Figure 6, Item 6).
14.
Center punch left and right side mounting holes (Figure 6, Item 2) of strap fastener loop (Figure 6, Item 3)
onto aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 8).
15.
Remove strap fastener loops (Figure 6, Item 3) and drill one 3/16 inch hole at four center punched marks
(Figure 6, Item 4, 5, 6 and 7).
16.
Install two strap fastener loops (Figure 6, Item 3) to aluminum rail (Figure 6, Item 8) by installing four
11/64 inch blind rivets (Figure 6, Item 1) into mounting holes (Figure 6, Item 2) of two strap fastener loops
(Figure 6, Item 3).
