a.
Use holes (Figure 4, Item 8 through 17) of existing work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) to determine drill bit
sizes.
b.
Match drill holes of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) through cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 7) and cabinet
(D) (Figure 4, Item 6).
7.
If a new work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) has been installed and/or a new work surface (Figure 4, Item 18)
and cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 7) or cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 6) has been installed:
a.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards left 2.00 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards back 21.25 inches and mark measurement (Figure 4, Item 17).
b.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards left 2.00 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards back 1.50 inches and mark measurement (Figure 4, Item 15).
c.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards left 5.25 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards back 21.25 inches and mark measurement (Figure 4, Item 16).
d.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards left 5.25 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards back 1.50 inches and mark measurement (Figure 4, Item 14).
e.
Center punch and drill four 1/4 inch holes through work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) and cabinet (C)
(Figure 4, Item 7) and cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 6).
f.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards left 10.75 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards back 13.00 inches and mark measurement (Figure 4, Item 13).
g.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards left 10.75 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards back 7.00 inches and mark measurement (Figure 4, Item 12).
h.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards left 31.25 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards back 13.00 inches and mark measurement (Figure 4, Item 11).
i.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards left 31.25 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards back 7.00 inches and mark measurement (Figure 4, Item 10).
j.
Center punch and drill four 1/2 inch holes through work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) and cabinet (C)
(Figure 4, Item 7) and cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 6).
k.
Measure from left side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards right 8.00 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards back 11.50 inches and mark measurement (Figure 4, Item 8).
l.
Measure from left side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards right 13.88 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) towards back 11.50 inches and mark measurement (Figure 4, Item 9).
m. Center punch and drill two 1/2 inch holes through work surface (Figure 4, Item 18) and cabinet (C)
(Figure 4, Item 7).
8.
Install hardware attaching cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 7) and cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 6) to shelter wall and
loor IAW (WP 0037 00, Cabinets (C) and ( D) Hardware, INSTALLATION).
9.
Install drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary IAW (Drawers, Slides, And Shelves, INSTALLATION).
10. Install kick plate IAW (Kick Plate, INSTALLATION).
