INSTRUCTIONS FOR CURBSIDE ASSEMBLY - (CONTINUED)
Mark or number non-damaged parts to ensure non-damaged parts are installed in the same
location they were removed from.
Separate tie down assemblies from front and rear aluminum rails prior to disassembly of front
and rear aluminum rails from the SECM curbside rack assembly.
For ease of reassembly, keep different length screws separate.

Remove sixty-four countersunk screws (Figure 3, Item 1) and sixty-four speed nuts (Figure 3, Item 25) from
support plates (Figure 3, Item 2 and 5).
2.
Remove two support plates (Figure 3, Item 2 and 5).
3.
Remove twenty-four countersunk screws (Figure 3, Item 1), twenty-four speed nuts (Figure 3, Item 25), and
twelve small gussets (Figure 3, Item 9).
4.
Remove twenty-eight countersunk screws (Figure 3, Item 1), twenty-eight speed nuts (Figure 3, Item 25),
and seven large gussets (Figure 3, Item 27).
NOTE
Spring sheet nuts lock corner castings and aluminum rails together at every connection of
aluminum rail and corner castings. Ensure all spring sheet nuts are retained for use with
reassembly.
5.
To remove irst shelf, loosen and remove bottoms of six aluminum rails (Figure 3, Item 8, 13, 15, 20, 23 and
28) from six corner castings (Figure 3, Item 10, 14, 18, 21, 22 and 26) and set irst shelf aside.
