INSTRUCTIONS FOR CURBSIDE ASSEMBLY - (CONTINUED)
NOTE
Mark or number parts to ensure parts are installed in the same orientation and location they
were removed.
1.
Remove thirty-six countersunk screws (Figure 4, Item 1) and thirty-six speed nuts (Figure 4, Item 16)
from support plate (Figure 4, Item 2).
2.
Remove support plate (Figure 4, Item 2) and three shims (Figure 4, Item 4).
3.
Remove ifty-two countersunk screws (Figure 4, Item 1), ifty-two speed nuts (Figure 4, Item 16), and
thirteen large gussets (Figure 4, Item 6).
NOTE
Spring sheet nuts lock corner castings and aluminum rails together at every connection of
aluminum rail and corner castings. Ensure all spring sheet nuts are retained for use with
reassembly.
4.
To remove second shelf, loosen and remove bottoms of four aluminum rails (Figure 4, Item 7, 11, 14 and 18)
from four corner castings (Figure 4, Item 8, 12, 13 and 17) and set second shelf aside.
5.
Remove four aluminum rails Figure 4, Item 7, 11, 14 and 18) from four corner castings (Figure 4, Item
5, 10, 19 and 21).
6.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 4, Item 5 and 10) from aluminum rails (Figure 4, Item
3 and 15).
7.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 4, Item 19 and 21) from aluminum rails (Figure 4, Item
3 and 15).
8.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 4, Item 5 and 10) from aluminum rail (Figure 4, Item 9).
9.
Loosen and separate two corner castings (Figure 4, Item 19 and 21) from aluminum rail (Figure 4, Item 20).
