ULTRASONIC CLEANER GENERATOR BRACKET

Ultrasonic Cleaner Generator, Brackets, and Hardware.
1.
Inspect ultrasonic cleaner generator (Figure 4, Item 1) and brackets (Figure 4, Item 5) for damage. Replace
as necessary.
2.
Inspect ultrasonic cleaner generator hardware (Figure 4, Items 2 through 4) for rust, cracks and rounded
heads. Replace as necessary.
REMOVAL
To remove ultrasonic cleaner generator (Figure 4, Item 1), remove four bolts (Figure 4, Item 4), four lock washers
(Figure 4, Item 3), and four lat washers (Figure 4, Item 2).
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
1.
If ultrasonic cleaner generator bracket (Figure 4, Item 5) can be repaired by welding, weld damaged area
IAW TM 1-1500-204-23. Repair must not interfere with form, it, or function of ultrasonic cleaner generator
bracket (Figure 4, Item 5).
2.
Paint repaired ultrasonic cleaner generator brackets (Figure 4, Item 5) IAW WP 0056 00, Figure 3.
